Outside of work Blake enjoys being a husband and father and playing golf when he gets a chance.
Joey Dunn, Business Development
Joey drives business development with a client-centric approach, earning trust as a dedicated advisor and strategic networker. He excels at deeply understanding each client's unique challenges, then empowering them with purposeful, sustainable solutions that multiply outcomes. Joey's background in Sociology underpins his distinctive human-centered approach to solving complex problems and fostering collaborative partnerships that deliver significant value.
Outside of work Joey is a father of two daughters, is an aspiring woodworking, and enjoys travelling, skiing, fishing and watching the Mariners.
Carrie Shelton, Business Development
With over 20 years of Sales Leadership expertise, Carrie brings a deep passion for forging trusted client relationships to BCS. She possesses a unique talent for connecting exceptional consulting talent with specific client needs, having meticulously crafted the recipe for successful, collaborative partnerships.
Outside of work, Carrie enjoys exploring global destinations, discovering local culinary gems, and cheering on her daughter at college soccer matches. She is a proud mom of two grown daughters, Savannah and Kylie.
Jenna Bahlenhorst, Recruiting
As Director of Talent at BCS Resources, Jenna is dedicated to building and nurturing the exceptional teams that fuel our success. She is a people-first recruiter with a genuine passion for connecting top talent with meaningful work. She honed her skills in fast-paced, high-impact recruiting at one of the nation's largest staffing firms before successfully leading her own business for eight years. Her heart ultimately led her back to recruiting, and as the very first recruiter at BCS Resources, she was instrumental in establishing the company’s talent function. Today, she continues to lead with curiosity, candor, and the unwavering belief that lasting relationships drive the best outcomes.
Outside of work, Jenna cherishes time with her husband, daughter Nelson, and their extended family.
Peter Eilers, Operations
Peter is passionate about optimizing operations by shortening the distance between action and results. With over a decade of experience in technology service organizations, he excels at simplifying processes and removing barriers, empowering teams to consistently deliver excellent outcomes. He is a strong advocate for repeatable, scalable frameworks, dedicated to building the right structures that facilitate growth and adaptability while eliminating unnecessary complexity.
Outside of BCS, Peter is a devoted father to three boys and an active community member, often found volunteering with his children's sports teams. He embraces life with a lighthearted approach, always remembering not to take himself too seriously!
